Conor McBroom

Conor McBroom

PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

Conor has 15 years of experience on the principal side of the commercial real estate business having worked with several notable developers, asset managers and private equity investors. Over the course of his career, he has had senior-level involvement in the origination, underwriting and asset management of several billion dollars of real property—including core, value-add and development projects—across all major property classes. He has cultivated extensive relationships across key facets of the industry including debt and equity capital markets, and brokerage. Conor holds a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.

Myles Kenny

VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTMENTS

Myles has 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, previously serving as Senior Partner of Colliers Private Capital Investment Group.  During that time Myles worked with multiple notable developers and private investors, advising on the disposition and value enhancement strategies for their assets across the Greater Toronto Area.  Over his career Myles and his team have sold over $2 Billion of real estate assets and has been awarded TOP 6 under 6, and in 2021 the Award of Excellence for Top Producer in Canada.  Myles holds a Bacehlor’s degree from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, and recently completed the Commercial Real Estate course from Cornell University.

Tommy Sorbara, J.D.

VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE & OPERATIONS

Tommy has both advisory and investment-related real estate experience. He practiced law in the commercial real estate group at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, where he advised small to institutional scale real estate investors on acquisitions, dispositions, debt financings, leasing and general commercial matters. After private practice, he worked at a Toronto-based multi-family office where he was responsible for various private fund structures, client relationships and the review, due diligence and underwriting of several real estate investments. Tommy holds a Juris Doctor (Honours) from Western University, a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Masters in Wine Business Management from ESC Dijon. 

Ryan Whiting

DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION

Ryan has gained extensive knowledge of the construction industry working as a project manager for over 10 years. Through this time, he has focused primarily on commercial and institutional projects, building and renovating countless properties on behalf of blue chip developer and owner-operator clients. Ryan is involved in all facets of Forager’s development and pre-development activities, including property underwriting, development approvals, project tendering, and construction. He also oversees the firm’s external consultants and delivery teams to ensure developments are set up for success prior to breaking ground. Ryan holds a Diploma in Construction Engineering from George Brown College.
